Trieste Port Authority Public startup procedures concessions Porto-Vecchio: Ferpress
(FERPRESS) - Trieste, FEBRUARY 14 - Restarts the Old Port. As already announced in the Port Committee of December 12, 2013 after the go-ahead to the interventions of infrastructure areas and warehouses of the Old Port and following the initiation of proceedings preliminary investigation exploratory concession, the Port Authority of Trieste has published on February 12, 2014 on the website of the notice of initiation of the proceedings. With effect from 1 July 2014, subject to receipt of appropriate instances, swap body will be activated procedures swap body for the issuance of licenses owned port areas, and expanses of water artifacts of the Old Free.
The procedure will be established by the Code of Navigation for this type of concessions and then will conclude with a resolution of the President of the Port of Trieste, following the opinion of the Port Committee.
The Port Authority of Trieste swap body reports that are currently free areas, and expanses swap body of water artifacts of the Old Free assent to the concession on the basis of "Variation of the Port Master Plan for the area of the Old Port", approved by Decree of the President of the Region Autonoma Friuli Venezia Giulia on September 10, 2007 and subsequently published in the Regional (No. 41 dd. 10.10.2007).
Applications for the grant must be accompanied by all documentation required by Articles. swap body 5 et seq. the Regulations for the Implementation of the Navigation Code, according to the information available - as from 18.02.2014 - in the "Notification Procedures and Tender Notices" on the website www.porto.trieste.it.
